Guys last year bhi kia itna ziada masla tha fee ka ( regarding FA and increase of fee) ya phir isi saal howa ha aisa?

I don't feel like last year itna ziada masla tha like this year, so many students didn't get FA infact none ( that's what i've heard) also fee bhi barh gai ha....🥀🥀

can seniors tell k pehlay bhi aisa hi hota ha ya this is something new this year?
