I look underage, could a LinkedIn profile photo harm me?

I am 20 and a couple weeks ago I became a freelancer. I have set up a LinkedIn profile to help me search for clients.

I currently don’t have a profile photo. This is generally seen as bad but 1- I look quite underage (people tell me I look 16-17) and 2- I have a pretty noticeable birth defect. I edited the birth defect out with a photo editing tool but I’m still hesitant to post a picture of myself on my profile.

I fear that clients will think I’m way too young and not take me seriously, and at the same time not having a photo at all could make clients not trust me. Could having a photo be harmful in this scenario?
