Giving Freshers a Chance to Prove Their Skills | Developers & Video Editors

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on a new project in Delhi and would like to connect with people who are looking for their first opportunity to gain practical experience in tech and digital work.

I’m especially interested in people who are still learning or don’t have much professional experience yet.

Some of the areas I’m interested in:

• Web development
• App/software development
• Video editing
• Social media
• Graphic design

You don't need a strong resume or years of experience. If you have built projects, created something yourself, or are currently learning a skill, that’s enough to introduce yourself.

The plan is to work together for approximately 3 months on practical tasks and projects. This would help me understand people’s strengths while also giving participants an opportunity to build real experience.

I’ll mainly look at the work itself, consistency, ability to learn, problem-solving, and reliability.

There is no guarantee of a job or paid position. The intention is to create a practical environment where people can demonstrate what they can do and gain experience that may also help them with future opportunities.
