Azure activation

I'm studying for a certificate for azure, however I cannot get it to accept any of my cards to create an account and actually practice. I've tried 3 of my cards but it keeps saying something went wrong verify all details.

I cannot get a credit card from my bank due to working in a private sector

need help from developers in jordan who have activated azure before and what worked with it?
