What were the changes you observed after implementing CICO, and what aspects of CICO did you find unsatisfactory?
Hi everyone!
I’ve been practicing CICO (I say practicing because, in my opinion, it’s something you continuously work on) for over a year and a half now, and I’ve noticed significant changes in my appearance. I’ve lost weight, I sleep better, and I feel well rested even with only about 5 hours of sleep. There’s also a considerable improvement in inflammation, which is important since I have hypothyroidism. My insulin resistance and thyroid levels are normal, and I go 💩 every day, which was a bit of a problem before I started CICO.
All that said, there are a few things I don’t like about CICO, and these are purely personal experiences.
I often feel weak and dizzy, and I almost feel like I have depression and need help. I feel excessively rested and emotionally numb. I’ve had mental health issues in the past, and I mostly felt overwhelmed and on edge, constantly wanting to stay active and pushing myself hard. Now, it’s the opposite, I procrastinate and am way too relaxed.
I can’t tell if eating less has improved my mental health or worsened it! 😂
How do you all feel after you started following the CICO? Are there any aspects of it that are confusing or that you don’t like?
