Bought viagogo ticket for 16 Aug still waiting for transfer

Hey everyone,

I bought a ticket on Viagogo for ES on August 16th, and I’m genuinely losing my mind a bit. The event is coming up fast and the ticket transfer still hasn't come through. 

I contacted Viagogo support and they gave me the standard canned response: "Wait until 3:00 PM on the day of the event."

Is it just me, or is waiting until 3 PM on the actual day of the show completely absurd? I have to plan travel/logistics, and having to wait until hours before doors open with zero guarantee just feels insane.

Has anyone else been in this same situation recently?
