Timeline sense check

Hello! Just a sense check to stop my anxiety from getting to me.

I had an offer accepted on an empty flat, no chain, back in mid June. Its been 8 weeks since, and I think for a leasehold we are doing well:

- Mortgage offer done, and deed signed/sent

- Survey completed

- All searches done

- Second round of enquiries done

There are I think some outstanding pieces because the management pack had some delays. But from my view this seems good, maybe another month?

The problem is that the sellers have started chasing daily. I get the anxiety to keep things moving, and I don't want them to panic and pull out. But surely with timelines people talk about on this subreddit, we are doing alright? Any experience with how to best manage this would be appreciated.
