Stage 2: Practicing the "emotional" aspect of CNC. In this instance, you'll give pre-consent to the scene prior to it starting. Once in scene, only the safe word will be acknowledged, any instance of "no" or "stop" will be ignored. During this scene the sex itself will be gentle as a baseline, only escalating to the point to progress specific acts. The goal is to establish a baseline of words that can be used for emotional effect, while also identifying any words that have the potential to trigger.

Stage 3: Combining the "physical" and "emotional" aspects of CNC. In this instance you'll give pre-consent to the scene prior to starting. The physicality and emotional immersion of the two prior scenes will be brought to bear here. In this instance only the safe word will be acknowledged in terms of pausing or stopping the scene.

Stage 4: Integrating role-playing elements. This is where things can get a bit more fun and immersive, opportunities to explore power differential, positions of authority, taboo social dynamics, realistic blackmail and coercion role-playing. The goal here is to explore your deepest, darkest, and most forbidden fantasies that always seemed out of reach until now.
