Canadian born to estranged US father. Eligible for citizenship?

I am Canadian-born to a Canadian-born mother and a US-born father. To my knowledge, my father is not listed on my birth certificate. He is estranged but I know who he is and am in contact with his sister, and his other daughter. I had never pursued US citizenship because I didn’t think I was eligible, but now I am wondering if it’s possible that I am eligible. I have searched to find an answer to my question but haven’t found anything concrete that seems relevant to my situation.
