Are you realistic with contracts?

What I mean is.

If you have a striker who is your main striker. He’s going to be on crucial or important.

If you have a back up striker. Do you still give him
Important or crucial if he wants it or do you find someone who will take a rotation contract?

One thing that my friends do alot and moan about is they want to sign a player and try and give them a rotation contract and he rejects because he wants crucial. So they just give them it and then the players moan because of game time.

Do you walk away from players if the contracts they want dont work within your club?
