Has anyone ordered bullet bags from Gryphon Guardian Gear?

I ordered a singular ammo bag from them on 7/5 and haven’t heard a word about my order status apart from the confirmation. I sent an email on 7/30 to follow up on ship times and still haven’t heard anything back. I understand it’s a small company and possibly making things to order but this is becoming a bit drawn out. Anyone have experience ordering through these guys?
