Weird First Period/Discharge?

Hey guys! I'm expecting my first IUD period in a few days. Standard signs are there- big boobs and crazy munchies. Then last night I had this weird cramp episode that went away with some tylenol, followed by this dark brown discharge like the last bit of period blood/discharge I get on a usual cycle.

What the heck was that all about? It wasn't a concerning amount either, it just looked like old blood with a few little clots. Could that be a little scar tissue/remnants from insertion? I got my IUD placed on Day 1 of my period last month, so I'm wondering if that had anything to do with it.
