Curious about starting an event planning/design studio

Hi all - I've been an interior architect for 7 years now and im interested in how to get started in doing my own thing; what kinds of networking events should i go to? and how do I market myself to potential clients? I have a passion for curating experiences whether its for events, pop-ups, or interior design. any advise would be appreciated. I live in NYC. [https://avmems.com/\](https://avmems.com/)
