Missing garage opener feature on a 2024 GLA A35?

Quick question: I see the feature in my car's user guide but I don't have the buttons to use it anywhere. I also checked my configuration and it doesn't mention that feature, however that one is also never mentioned in the online configurator so this is quite confusing.

What am I missing?
