What evidence is there that she would be NG?

I have been watching the trial while working and recently logged onto FB and seeing a ton of speculation that Patrick should be investigated.

....how? Like what is the theory here that would make any sense? If they're saying it's a tough timeline for Lindsey to do in the 54 min that he was gone, how does it make sense for him to have done in the 15 min of unaccounted time he sat in the car??

It also makes no sense for him to hire a nanny, bring parents in etc if he was some controlling narcissist. Generally they will not want people in their home to see these home issues.

- I must have missed in trial but how many drugs were actually in Lindsey's system? Did she have any alcohol in her system?

- Is there any actual evidence that Patrick knew his now wife prior to moving to NY? If he is in sales and traveled there often anyway it is possible he just moved there after to avoid frequent trips from then on.

- How is this even a lawsuit against her doctors when she admitted to not following their protocol anyway?

I think Patrick knew she had a medication addiction and that is why he kept them in his car. He also knew she was drinking too much. Both of those things probably did not go well to bring up. But he also must believe she was somewhat wronged by the medical system since he has open lawsuits also.
