How's the performance on Xbox Series X with mods

Im getting a Series X today and lm thinking about replaying fo4 but Im remembering just how bad my experience was when I used to play it on the Series S especially around the Boston area. Is the performance much better on the X?

Also recommend me some mods that I must try out
