Returning player 1K Assimilation

Heyall
Still in the process of painting my Kraken, dropped 40k during 7th edition, wanted to see what would be good in 11th, threw this list, wanted to hear any recommendations on how to fill the gaps

Incursion - Assimilation Swarm
HQ
- Tyranid Prime with Lash Whip 75
- Tyranid Prime with Lash Whip 75
Troops
- 20 Hormagaunts 120
- 20 Hormagaunts 120
Elites
- 3 Hive Guard 80
- 3 Hive Guard 80
- Lictor 60
- Haruspex 125
- Haruspex 125
- 2 Pyrovores 65
925 pts total

The battleplan is simple, we have two blobs advancing with Haruspex as harvesters, two packs of guards plop their plump butts on objectives and try to dish some damage. Pyrovores advance sort of in the middle giving a harvester aura
The main question is how to shore up the remaining 75 points, and will this battleplan even be viable?
