I've had my snake tattoo since I was 18. I love her, but she's so craggy looking I decided I wanted to have it redrawn/covered with and alternative design.

I have a current artist and I love his colour work, it's amazing. I lasered 4 times before he was happy (pic 1) and went in with another snake design but the size he wanted to do it in was unbelievable, so I opted for a flower design instead which I was fairly happy with.

However, again, I was unhappy with the size he presented, the stencil for the second flower is absolutely massive and covered way more skin than I'd like (pic 2) and he was reticent to resize when I suggested making them smaller and just adding leaves between to cover up gaps - he said it would be 'too much', which doesn't make much sense to me as he wanted to cover 50% of my chest with one flower...

Luckily, we came to the end of the session and I ended up with one flower (pic 3), which I do like, but the rest I need some advice on.

The remainder of the snake (pic 4), which also progresses down by stomach around my belly button, needs to be covered.

I want to continue with a floral, elements of leaves, maybe the odd bee, beetle, wildlife type idea, but with the current flower being fairly watercolour/fantasy colouring I need to figure out what might go well.

I'm in the south of the UK. I'm open to artists recommendations for those really good with colour, or for tattoo designers to create something that would work - all advice would be greatly appreciated, too. Thank you!
