Just bought my first EV in Australia - Tips

Hey guys,

Picking up a brand new MG4 Essence 64 soon. First car in Australia and first EV as well.

Keen for know abt useful stuff rather than buying a bunch of shit that just ends up sitting in the garage.

Also thinking about ceramic coating. Worth doing on a new car or just wax? If anyone has had their MG4 coated, would love to know what you went with.

And EV-wise, any tips are welcome. Or a car, in general. I’ve only got a normal power point in the garage at the moment, so I’ll be using the granny charger. Anything I should know about charging/battery care, especially with the Essence 64? Like how you guys normally charge it, what % you keep it at, whether I should be doing anything differently, etc.

Basically just looking for the stuff you only learn after owning the car.

If you’ve got an MG4 and there’s anything you’d do differently if you were buying it again, chuck it in here. Products, accessories, charging tips, things to avoid, random little hacks, all welcome. I just wanna tc of the car as well as i could.
