Scarlett 18i16

Hey guys!

Recently purchased a Scarlett 18i16 and I'm having a issue updating the firmware for it.

I'm tried on Mac and Windows, everytime I connect it to the Focusrite Control 2 it can see the 18i16 tries to update and then disconnects it. I can hear the unit clicking / turning off and on during this time but it doesn't update.

I've tried different USB C cables, reinstalled the software, used the additional power cable, tried Mac and Windows for this firmware update and the same thing.

Do i have a faulty unit? Anyone experienced this?
