Has any of y'all tried Rogaine?

I'm completely losing hope after trying all these oils and serums...

I (36F), no longer have my thick, long Indian hair. I cry in the shower as I wash my hair and clumps continously come out. Maintenance has come to my apartment so many times to snake my drain, that I had to come up a different solution to fix that issue alone. Doesn't fix me continuing to lose my hair.

I really would like to try something new.
