Barcelona airport strike

Hello! I am travelling from Barcelona Airport to Halifax Airport August 13th. I am flying with WestJet. What are the chances I will get my checked luggage at the Halifax airport? Has anybody else gotten this specific flight during the strike and has gotten their luggage?

Thanks!
