Is there a voice timer app that doesn't pause music?

I'm looking for a background timer that announces custom checkpoints during long runs (e.g. "drink now", "mile 32 aid station") without pausing my music. Strava doesn't seem to have this. Anyone know if something like this exists? If not, is this something others would actually use?
