It's arguably the most relevant untouched deck alongside 4 Color Control, and the thing is, it has a favorable matchup into 4 Color Control (56%, according to mtgdecks).

Now of course the decks could be tweaked around quite a bit in the new meta, so who knows how things will end up. ​But when basically the second most relevant untouched deck is already well positioned into tablet decks to begin with, I think saying that tablet will singlehandedly dominate the format is a little ​early.
