Account region not updating automatically

Hey everyone!

To give some pretext:

I went to Dubai for vacation in May, and my Roblox account region switched to UAE immediately upon arrival. Well now it's August, and my account region still says UAE. I contacted support but they're giving me the AI bot and telling me that it's unable to be changed at the time, and it should automatically change (same stuff from when I tried in June) but it hasn't.

My main concern is that it should have updated by now but hasn't.

I don't really mind much, but the thing is that I am unable to use chat now, even though I verified my age and phone number, and my phone number reflects my native country. This happened last year as well, but I emailed support and they changed it back, but I don't know what's wrong with them this time.

Any tips to change the account region??

TL;DR: Went to Dubai for vacation 3 months ago, account region still says UAE, support isn't changing it.
