Thoughts on bloodstone?

The current state of Bloodstone is usually picked up on Leshrac, Earthspirit, Sand King, QoP pretty much big aoe damage + being in middle of teamfight and being somewhat tanky is where it shines but after testing in demo i realized the range of it's debuff is pretty insane, (1200 radius) slightly more than Snipers attack range with dragon lance and +50 take aim range talent.

So if you can just exist anywhere near the team fight it's debuff is doing work. 10% bonus damage from spells for your whole team just seems very powerful to have so even just a support farming it late game sounds real good in theory to me if no one else is buying it. Maybe its underrated.
