What are we doing about itchy skin ladies?

I've always had drier skin throughout my life but recently entering perimenopause, certain zones have been exasperated. My ears are itchy, my breasts and weirdly enough my armpits? I know skin is different on different areas of your body and especially the breasts, the skin is thinner there. So I'm just wondering what you're doing for your itchy skin if you're getting that symptom yet. Thanks sm!!
