How is living at Breakwater?

Currently looking for a new apartment and was going to apply, but I remembered reading a bunch of complaints from a while back about them not renewing leases. All the posts about it are a few years old at this point, does anybody here know if this is still an issue? Also interested to hear about other issues you've run into there if you've got any to talk about.

Back then I know people were worried they were turning into short term rentals, but then it turned out to be because of the PILOT program I guess? Which I don't have a lot of details about, I don't know the income limits for that yet or where I'd fall in them. So maybe I'd also need to worry about getting a raise or a new job and then not being able to renew my lease because of it. I'd hate to move somewhere and then get forced to move again right away, especially since it can be had to find a new place on short notice. I was living in Trailside45 when they kicked us all out to become condos that became STRs and it'd suck to do that whole thing a second time.
