Option to request access to personal data through Delta's privacy portal is missing?

Help/Advice

Hello,

I am attempting to request my personal data from all the US airlines and I'm having difficulties with Delta's website. Under California law, consumers are allowed to request any and all data a business has on them. And under Deltas policies, specifically under the privacy and security policy (1. Privacy ->1.5. Submit Privacy requests) I should be able to request my data that is required by my local laws. However, it is not showing me the option and as an experiment, regardless of what state I click, the options don't change, which is very odd since they all have different privacy protection laws. For the heck of it, I selected a country in Europe since they have good personal data protection laws and they do have more options. I just don't understand why I'm not getting those options here that are required by California state law? Anyone know how to request this information while in the US? AA just let you request it and didn't ask for a location and United gave the option when California was requested (although I am still waiting on the data from that request, at least it was an option). I just want to find old flight information, so if y'all have any other ideas, please let me know. I have added what I already have to my flight tracker, but I'm missing about 50k miles of flight history on delta from when I was a child and would love find any of that information if possible. I do not have anything in email or otherwise. Please and thanks in advance!
