Recommended dose for me?

Ive got 7oh extract tablets for the first time
But ive been 2,5 year on kratom, with a one year break in between
i never done huge amounts, never more than 15g a day, and if i did, i took a few days breaks after which i did only brewed tea with lower doses
at the moment, 2,5g of kratom per dose is enough to feel the effects, but not much of an euforia

I also have sensitive stomach and tend to get nauseous after many substances

what dose of 7oh should i start with?
i thought about 1/4 of my 3,6mg pills (0,9mg)
