For the love of god, at least learn english

I genuinely don't mind when someone doesn't speak german or english, at least if they are nice about it, I'll try my hardest to bridge the language barrier with everything available to me.

But some people refuse to even try the bare minimum that would make a 'conversation' doable. They just keep getting louder in their own language, some even get mad at you because you don't speak whatever language they are throwing at you, they keep repeating the same sentence you didn't understand in the first place etc. It's so goddamn frustrating.

I've genuinely had a guy get up in my face because I didn't understand him, he even almost slapped my phone out of my hand when I tried handing it to him for a translation. Like...why? I'm just trying to do my job and help you, you fuck.

I'm sorry that I don't speak arabic, chinese, turkish, indian, swedish and 17 other languages. But being able to say "Hello, 1 of this thing please" shouldn't be that fucking hard.
