any way to know the condition of CeX products?

Hello, im currently buying a boxed switch 2 on CeX online which I plan to collect later today, however nowhere on the page does it list the condition of the item, and me - being paranoid - am worried that the switch 2 may not be brand new and could have damage (cosmetic or not) done to it. Does anyone know if the boxed cex consoles are brand new or not? thanks
