Need reviews about creamapi/smokeapi for TEKKEN 8

Hi, got Tekken 8 on Steam a few weeks ago and just learnt that you can get all the DLCs for free using creamapi or smokeapi. I wanted to ask how safe it is to use these, and what are the chances of getting banned? If you get banned, is it in Tekken only or does it appear on your Steam profile?
