Lump in right breast, GP referral.

Hi all,

Just looking for similar stories as im not sure what to do for the best.

I had a lump around 6-8 months ago in left breast all checked and all fine still there and not grown so all good. As I had been checking i am aware of what's what..I think. I found another one in right breast about 5 weeks ago. I had a GP appointment today who felt the lump and thinks it may be a bone. But referred me anyway. I honestly thought it may be a bone when I first felt it too, but when I press ribs etc you can only apply so much pressure before it hurts, this lump there is no pain whatsoever so I weren't sure so got it checked just incase. Now im not sure whether to attend this appointment when it comes in or not, I dont want to waste anyone's time.

Did anyone else think their lump may be a bone? Its located 5/6 o clock just above the inframammary crease/fold. Any similar stories? How did it go for you?
