finished "If You So Desire My Despair" and it made me so mad that i stopped lurking and made my first ever reddit post for this

i am trying very hard to contain my rage right now. please give me a real revenge story.

criteria:

• misery porn (not some typical villain type stuff, mc needs to suffer in a way that's truly blood-boiling)
• no ML (POS character that would usually be redeemed isnt redeemed)
• MC does not fall in love/solves problems on her own
• a REAL ending where the POS suffers (NO accepting his death because the FL wants it, NO forgiving him)
• bonus points if the FL is still insane at the end (i dont want to see some magical mental recovery and surpassing of her trauma)

maybe i am asking for a story that does not exist but i am just so mad right now

i actually did enjoy this read up until the very end and i do think it almost fulfilled these requirements. however the ending was irredemable for me >!despite him technically suffering in the end he's still on his high horse about how he'll listen to her wishes because he loves her. like stfu and then he gets regressed so he can treat her better this time??? im actually so mad like technically yes i understand why it turned out that way and it logically makes sense given her mindset but oh my god i actually cant. at least she did not fall in love with him!<
