Any guesses on what the “biggest twist of the season” will be?

In two weeks, Big Brother will be airing its 1,000th episode. It’s been reported (confirmed) that 90-minute special, as well as unleashing the biggest twist of the season.

Does anyone have any guesses on what the twist could be? Is it gonna follow along with the time trip theme, meaning it’ll be a twist that has already been introduced in past seasons? Or is it going to be something completely new?
