Neurosurgery recommendations

Hey all - wondering if anyone here has any experience with neurosurgery in Munich. I will have to have an operation to remove a large Meningioma. Referrals from my doctors have been Klinikum Rechts der Isar and Klinikum Großhadern. If anyone has experience with either or other neurosurgeons in Munich, I'd really appreciate any advice on which one to choose.
