Warning- Do not sleep upright long term

I ignored the other warnings I read here because my car is so small to lay flat. After three months straight of sleeping upright in the front seat I woke up the other day with severe shortness of breath. I don’t have blood clots I think my circulation was just really messed up. A couple nights of laying flat and I’m feeling better but it scared me! I shouldn’t have ignored the warnings!
