Why is the market so bad?

What are the reasons behind this market? Here's what i came up with

1. AI should not be responsible to take over tasks from developers be it of any kind since it does a shitty job

2. Internal hiring is preferred even when the candidate is less qualified

3. Luck is a thing

4. Women get hired by a higher rate as compared to men

5. Energy crisis, stupid wars overall wrecking economy
