Dog Scared of My New Bed

Hi guys, I just got a new bed that's pretty high up, too lazy to do measurements right now but think table height almost.

My dog is a bold one and has no problem jumping or flying around when she wants to, she's medium sized; and has gotten on beds higher than this one before.

So when she sees me lying in it, she stares, sits, and lies down, wanting to get up but being worried I suppose.

So, I put a box down that was the height of my couch which she has no problem jumping onto, and she still seemed super adamant about not using it even with treats.

Should i just lower my bed and pay to get the box spring removed or wait for her or train her?
