Demiplane hope and fear discount code

I'm sure it's been asked before, I have looked but can't find any posts about it.

But. I just ordered hope and fear yesterday. Got the pdf link, was wondering where the discount code for demiplane is? Is it in the boom itself or will it be emailed out?

Thanks.
