On going health issues

Hey everyone, I had a miscarriage a month ago and my body hasn’t healed since. I’ve been experiencing severe lower abdomen pain, passing out due to the pain, my seizures getting more frequent, vomiting and shooting pains up my right side. I have been a&e 5 times, see my GP every week and because my ultrasound is normal they’ve said there’s nothing more they can do. I’m at my wits end, my GP suggested going private which I enquired about and even they have told me I need to go back to A&E, but everytime I go they do nothing. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do 🥲
