Nostril

Hi everyone,
I got my first nose piercing almost a month ago, and for the past two days I’ve had some dried blood around the piercing. I wanted to know if this is normal and what I should do about it.
Should I clean it or just leave it alone?
Has this ever happened to you at this stage of the healing process? If so, do you know why?
