Autoattack griefs my early game and frustrates me

I came back to dota a ciuple of weeks ago. Two years ago I lived fine with autoattack set to 'never', but now all I can find in the settings are the "always on" and "standard" that feel literally the same.

Is there a way to actually turn it off? I just want to share tangos whenever i want without hitting my carry's creeps and to stand sneakily in the trees without rushing towards a wave to hit somebody
