I really hope the banning system improves cos this is beyond frustrating

Had a game just now where one of our tanks was obviously tilt queuing and was berating everyone all game. I rarely go on comms but I'd had enough because he was flaming me and our other support as he ran straight into the enemy team whilst we're getting dove and pushed back by their DPS and spamming for heals.

I told him to stop screaming and to look behind him, if we arent healing him it's because we can't. He then told me to shut up and started called me a racial slur. I immediately was like "you're getting reported for that" and he was like "I wont get banned."

Worst part is I think he's right. I've reported people for saying some of the worst shit on this game and I've rarely got any messages saying they were punished for it. The only time it seems to work is when they get mass reported so I put in the match chat to report him for being racist but he starting claiming that he wasnt. How are the enemy team meant to know? they can't hear him.

When I first started playing the report system was honestly amazing, but now it feels like you're lucky if anything gets done and I think its from people abusing it for non reportable things and clogging up the system. I just hope something can be done to improve this because we don't need people like that in the game.
