AP Team Lead

Hello! I have an interview tomorrow for a AP TL position, I’ve done a lot of things in my 11 years with the company but never this. So what kind of questions should I expect to be asked, just general TL questions? What does the job entail? I’m coming from a very busy OPD area from another store and would be possibly transferring to a smaller store. I put in for it on a Saturday and the next day the coach was calling my current store getting recommendations, she seems excited to meet me according to my current coach.
