One of the things I love about JEE is the cap of number of attempts, unlike NEET
You can argue against it but the number of lives I've witnessed getting ruined, just beacuse they took 4-5 drop years to re-attempt, this genuinely destroys career of alot of bright students.
Sure, you may argue that you can score better in another attempt, but who knows? And given how manipulative indian parents are when it comes to exams, and how they force their kids to take a zillion drop years to get that Dr. tag. Thank god thats not the scene in JEE atleast, and thats why alot of students changing their streams after taking up engineering but atleast not wasting their prime years doing nothing.
