Public Notice: Termination of Former Employees Ooi Je Ping and Bek Xu Wei, and Clarification Regarding TwoPeas Tech Solution
This is an official notice from PNH Malaysia Sdn Bhd (ZenWeb) confirming the termination of the employment contracts of two former employees (Ooi Je Ping & Bek Xu Wei) after internal investigations, clarifying that ZenWeb has no relationship with TwoPeas Tech Solution.
-Mr. Ooi Je Ping, formerly ZenWeb's Sales Leader, was dismissed with immediate effect on 4 August 2026 after the Company's internal investigations. In a written report, Mr. Ooi admitted referring at least six Company business leads to TwoPeas Tech Solution between approximately January 2026 and May 2026, in exchange for referral commissions. The Company discovered further referrals by Mr. Ooi to third-party on 31 July 2026.
-Mr. Bek Xu Wei, formerly a ZenWeb Web Developer, was dismissed with immediate effect on 4 August 2026 after the Company's internal investigations. In a written report, Mr. Bek admitted undertaking freelance website development activities for third party between approximately April and June 2026, with payments received from TwoPeas Tech Solution.
-ZenWeb / PNH Malaysia Sdn Bhd has no affiliation, partnership, joint venture, agency, reseller or referral arrangement with TwoPeas Tech Solution, and never has had. Any referral of Company leads to TwoPeas Tech Solution was made by the former employees without the Company's knowledge, consent or authority.
-The Company has placed the matter in the hands of its solicitors and is pursuing its legal remedies arising from the matters described in this notice, which may include action against TwoPeas Tech Solution.
