How can I drink alcohol on propranolol 10mg for anxiety?

I’m 17, female. Just been prescribed propranolol 10mg three times a day for anxiety and ocd and everything. I’m genuinely having the worst summer of my life, everything is shit, and the one glimmer of hope was going out and drinking with my friends like a normal teenager. But I just read it can be really dangerous for your heart? I’m just terrified now.
