Etisalat home WiFi in Helio 2

Hi guys, does anyone have issues with home internet in helio 2? Mine seems to disconnect all the time, the speeds are incredibly slow. It has been doing this for a while, when we call Etisalat they say nothing is wrong with the WiFi.

We've tried spitting the router in different rooms, away from walls but it's the same everywhere.
